Service and Support
We don't claim to have service & support in every city but we do claim to support all our customers promptly and efficiently with skilled staff in CCTV, access and IT-based systems. Typical response times for our service department for Town Centre systems are within 4 hours, 24/7 – 365 days per year. All calls are computer logged on our Access Service Manager fault logging database. As can be seen from the map below we have coverage centres in South East England, Humberside, Southampton plus additional coverage in Guernsey.
